Hello I’m Emma and I’m a qualified yoga and Pilates teacher. I am also a qualified Thai yoga massage therapist, exercise to music instructor and primary school teacher. I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2009. Having always been interested in exercise and looking after myself, when I heard about yoga, I was intrigued to give it a go. Very quickly, I realised that yoga offered so much more than ‘exercise’. I was drawn to the effect it had on my mind, I particularly liked the relaxation at the end. Coming away from the class I would feel more content and at ease both mentally and physically; this was something special.
