Yoga & Pilates Classes

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, I am unable to run my usual classes in venues and am teaching both yoga and Pilates classes online via Zoom

Join me online and I’ll guide you through a practice that will offer options to suit you and your body!

Suggested contribution per class is £5-£7 or buy a monthly pass for £45 and participate in as many classes as you like
