Cathy T

Thank you for organising such a wonderful retreat ! It was such a beautiful place – and all the activities, the food and of course the yoga were so nourishing and enjoyable.

As a newcomer to your group I felt very welcome and enjoyed meeting everyone there.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear to class

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in, jogging bottoms, leggings and stretchy shorts are good options. I also recommend that you wear layers to the class so that you can add on and take off as and when you need to.

Do I need to bring anything to class?

Please bring your own mat if you have one, though I do have mats available if you don’t have one. Bring some water with you. A blanket can often be useful in a class so bring one of those too.

How do I book and pay?

You can book and pay thorough my scheduler on my Class Schedule or Pricing & Packages pages. You can also download the Ribbon App and use that.
