Welcome to Yoga and Pilates with Emma, where your well-being is our priority. We are dedicated to helping you become fitter, more flexible, stronger, and healthier through the transformative practices of Yoga and Pilates. Our mission is to create a greater sense of well-being for each of our clients.
Emma Churchill
I am a dedicated yoga and Pilates teacher with a passion for helping people move, breathe, and feel better in their bodies. With years of experience guiding students through mindful movement, I create welcoming spaces for individuals of all levels to explore strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
I teach Pilates and yoga as separate disciplines, each offering unique benefits for strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, offering a holistic approach to movement that nurtures both body and mind. Whether in group classes, private sessions, or retreats, my warm and encouraging style empowers students to deepen their practice and connect with themselves on a deeper level.
I also offer immersive sound baths, using crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create deeply relaxing and meditative experiences. These sessions provide an opportunity for rest, healing, and inner exploration, helping participants release tension and restore balance.
Beyond teaching, I am also a trained coach, supporting yoga and Pilates teachers in building successful, fulfilling businesses. I believe in the power of movement, breath, and self-care to transform lives and am dedicated to sharing these practices with others.

At Yoga and Pilates with Emma, we understand that each individual's journey is unique. Whether you're struggling with back pain, seeking stress relief, or looking for space and time to think, we offer a range of Pilates and Yoga classes tailored to meet your needs. Our classes are designed to re-energise your body and mind, build core strength, and increase flexibility.
Our Classes
We offer both in-person and online classes across North West Kent, including locations such as Ebbsfleet, Meopham, Hartley, and Istead Rise. Our classes are friendly and have a community feel, welcoming individuals of all levels. All of our classes are mixed ability, allowing us to set more challenging exercises as your ability improves. We offer a range of packages to suit all levels, so whether you are new to the area, have been practicing Yoga and Pilates for a while, or are just starting out, we have something to suit everyone.
