Spain Retreat

Get ready to experience an immersive week of yoga & Pilates, healthy meals, and wellness activities. Taking place in Spain, October 2025.

Daily classes:

You’ll start your day with either a Pilates or yoga class. With there being a second class in the late afternoon/early evening.
Wellness activities:

You’ll have the opportunity to join in a variety of wellness activities, such as meditation, & mindfulness.

Healthy meals:

You’ll enjoy delicious and nutritious meals that are designed to fuel your body.

Scenic hikes:

You’ll explore the breathtaking beauty of a scenic location through hikes and outdoor adventures.

Valle de Vida’s Yoga and wellness retreat (40 minutes form Malaga airport) is designed to have minimal impact on its 18 acres of unspoilt land, in harmony with the natural beauty of Spain’s Pizarra Mountains. Hidden away in a valley, reached only by a 4km track that winds through the orange and lemon groves, surrounded by breathtaking views, vibrant flora and fauna, caves, mountain streams, springs and even a waterfall.

This will include:

Accommodation in a shared room (twin with shared bathroom) for 6 nights
Yoga and Pilates classes – at least 2 per day**
All meals, tea, coffee, water (food is usually vegetarian)
Access to a heated, outdoor swimming pool
Access to a steam room and sauna
A cinema night by the pool

Not included:

Flights (not on sale yet, so we should get good prices!)

Day trips to Malaga, Ronda, or to the lakes

I am running this with another yoga teacher – we will both be teaching yoga, and I will also be offering Pilates classes if there is demand.
