Corporate Pilates

We work with our corporate clients to help them bring a sense of wellbeing to the workplace, through movement.

It is really encouraging to see in today’s busy digital workplace that more and more organisations are realising the importance and necessity of looking after the wellbeing of their teams. Organisations are realising that if they look after their teams and leaders their productivity and performance will increase. 

According to the mental health charity, Mind there are five key pillars of mental wellbeing which include: Connection, Movement, Awareness, learning and giving.

Connection

As humans we are meant to be in groups or communities and there is clear evidence to suggest that being connected to others, is a core part of maintaining our mental wellbeing.

Movement

This is a key factor to maintaining positive mental wellbeing, this is where Yoga and Pilates with Emma can help support your teams reduce stress through movement.

Awareness

Being aware of what is happening around you, taking notice of the present can allow you to make positive choices.

Learning

By continuing to learn and develop new skills can help to feed your wellbeing, finding a hobby or new skill outside of work can help to boost a sense of wellbeing.

Giving

Volunteering or giving to others can really help individuals to achieve a greater sense of achievement and satisfaction.

Introducing Yoga and Pilates with Emma

Yoga and Pilates with Emma was set up by Emma Churchill in 2021. We are a team of experienced Pilates and Yoga teachers; we work with both corporate and individual clients. We can work with our corporate clients in a number of different ways, from delivering breakout sessions at conferences or events; weekly Pilates or Yoga sessions in the office to helping them to craft their wellbeing strategy.
