If you are looking to escape for a few days and indulge in some ‘me’ time, eat freshly prepared home-cooked meals, practise lots of yoga, take country walks soothe the mind with a glorious sound bath then how about joining me for a retreat.
We also regularly run yoga and Pilates events. This gives you the opportunity to take a few hours or a day out to enjoy the delights of yoga and Pilates.

What should I wear to class
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in, jogging bottoms, leggings and stretchy shorts are good options. I also recommend that you wear layers to the class so that you can add on and take off as and when you need to.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Please bring your own mat if you have one, though I do have mats available if you don’t have one. Bring some water with you. A blanket can often be useful in a class so bring one of those too.
How do I book and pay?
You can book and pay thorough my scheduler on my Class Schedule or Pricing & Packages pages. You can also download the Ribbon App and use that.
You will need to register to open an account to be able to book for the first time. Payment can be made through my booking site. It may also be possible to turn up and pay (please check before arrival).
I have never attended a Pilates/yoga class before, will I be okay?
Most people tend to fine if they are attending a mixed-ability class. However, if you are suffering with injuries or have restricted mobility or If you are feeling never or anxious about attending a class, then it may be a good idea to have a few 1:1 sessions in order to familiarise yourself with the practice. Get in touch direct to organise this.
Is there an etiquette guide?
Please try and arrive a couple of minutes before the start of class time to ensure you’re adequately set up. Do turn off or mute mobile phones. Ensure you notify the instructor of any issues (physical ailments, injuries or illnesses) that may effect your practice so that the instructor can offer you adaptations.
How do I know what venue to come to?
Each in-person class gives you the address for the venue the class will be held in.
Is there parking at the venue?
Some of the venues have their own parking, some of them you have to park on the street. Check details in your booking for the parking situation.
