Yoga Teacher

In 2017 I qualified as a children’s yoga teacher with Kidding Around Yoga and was now able to combine my two careers: yoga and primary school teaching. I’m extremely fortunate to teach yoga in Kent primary schools and am amazed at children’s reaction to yoga. Usually, after several weeks of practising, I observe a shift in most children’s behaviour and attitude. From one of hyperactivity and poor concentration to a more calm and relaxed child with a better ability to focus.

What People Are Saying

“Emma is a great teacher and I attend both her Pilates and yoga classes. She adapts the class to suit the people in the class by offering options. I particularly like how the classes are different each week. “

Esther Sproul

“I really enjoy attending Emma’s yoga classes, I find them really relaxing and help me to feel calmer mentally. I have found it has also helped with back pain”

Nicola Skinner

“I just wanted to say thank you and let you know I really enjoy your classes. You are an informative & precise teacher & I have found the classes to be very beneficial, especially the pelvic floor exercises. I do particularly enjoy the relaxation exercise at the end though!.”

Debbie, Pilates Client, Hextable

“I was recommended by my osteopath to consider Pilates as a form of exercise that may help with a long term injury. As well as vastly improving my flexibility and well-being , I am able to further use the techniques taught, as and when, to alleviate my symptoms when they flare up. I feel I am benefiting not only on a physical level from the (Emma’s) class, but mentally when life is somewhat bewildering and challenging.””

Niki Turner, Yoga and Pilates Client, Longfield.
