Relax and Recharge at our Pilates Retreat Day
We had such an amazing day in June this year, so we are doing it again! Many of you said you would love to do it again or couldn’t make the event so here is your chance to indulge in a day of Pilates and lots of lovely delicious activities. Â Yoga and Pilates with Emma & Pilates Body Studio are teaming up to bring you a Pilates Retreat Day at the beautiful Nurstead Court, Meopham, Kent.
We will share our teaching skills in a 1.5 hour Pilates class. Â Then a short silent walk to take in the stunning natural surroundings. You will then be taken on a Sound Journey with Hayley from Heartful Sound Healing to calm your nervous system.
There will be a creative Art Workshop session where you can mindfully . We will end the day with Restorative Pilates where you will be using bolsters to assist you in holding poses to induce deep stretching to promote rest and ease.
This day has been designed to help you come away from the fight and flight mode we so often find ourselves in. Relax and Recharge with us.

The price is  Early bird rate: £60 if booked on or before 30/9/24 – £70 thereafter.
