Dive into the heart of Pilates with four specialized classes that creatively incorporate small equipment, designed to infuse your teachings with innovative ideas and techniques. These sessions not only aim to enhance your skillset with fresh perspectives but also reinvigorate your passion for Pilates.

Beyond the mat, our retreat offers an invaluable opportunity for professional development through four tailored business coaching sessions. Led by myself – Emma Churchill – a Pilates teacher of ten years. These workshops are crafted to equip you with the tools and knowledge to elevate your business, whether you are looking to expand your clientele, increase your offerings, or simply make your operations more efficient.

Your well-being is our priority, which is why our retreat is complemented by full access to a swimming pool, spa facilities and a small gym. Indulge in moments of relaxation or revitalisation, as you please, including exploring the wonderful grounds of the venue. All while enjoying the nourishing, gourmet meals prepared by the in-house chefs, designed to energize and delight.

  • What is not included: travel to the venue.

Terms and Conditions

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation policy is firm. Payment of non-refundable/non-transferable deposit and remaining balance for the weekend retreat with Emma Churchill indicates agreement with the conditions contained in this document. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason the following terms will apply:

Within 4 weeks of the weekend retreat taking place, i.e.13th October – loss of total cost. Between 4 weeks and 8 weeks before the weekend retreat taking place, i.e. from 16th September to October– 13th October – loss of 50% of total cost. Any time prior to 16th September – loss of deposit only.

Refunds will be processed after the retreat has taken place.

 

Payment Price:

Single `Room: £495pp Early bird offer if (booked before 31st May)

£550pp thereafter

Twin Room: £475pp

Payment can be made in full or via a payment plan.
Payment Plan: Example:initial £95 deposit followed by 4 x £100 monthly payments until balance is paid.
Or another payment plan as agreed with Emma Churchill.

In the very unlikely event of the retreat being postponed/delayed all costs will be transferred to another retreat or refunded. Insurance

As it is a short-term holiday it is strongly recommended that you take out adequate insurance for sickness, accidents, cancellations and loss/damage to property. Any damage caused by you to the property, will have to be paid for.

In the unlikely event of injury, illness, theft or disruption to the programme during the retreat. Emma Churchill and The Vedanta are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property, or for any injury or illness
sustained during the retreat. Please check with your own GP that you are well enough to attend but if you are unsure, it is best to check.

Meet Your Teacher

Hello, I’m Emma and I’m a qualified yoga and Pilates teacher and I am really looking forward to welcoming you to one of my weekend retreats. I have been practising yoga for over twenty years and I have always been interested in exercise and looking after myself. Very quickly, I realised that yoga offered so much more than ‘exercise’. I was drawn to the effect it had on my mind, I particularly liked the relaxation at the end. In our retreat we are going to take our practise to the next level and I am very much looking forward to meeting you.

Meet Your Teacher

Joining me on this retreat is Emma Staples who has over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge. Emma also known as Bodyblitz Fitness offers a wide range of firness classes both online and in-person. Classes include Pilates, Powerwave, Kettlebells, M1ND, R1SE, SH1FT, Barefoot conditioning, HIIT, LIIT, Barre ,Buggybeat, Power half hour, Brain fit™, Flex, Fitness Pilates, Bootcamp & the Fabulous Walkfit™ Silent Disco. Emma also specialises in Women’s health & fitness and runs a course for the peri/menopausal women – Menofit™, which takes a 360-degree approach to health, fitness and wellbeing. Emma says “My aim is to make fitness accessible to everyone regardless of age or ability. Fitness should be a celebration of what our bodies can do and not a punishment for what we have eaten. Exercise is amazing for our minds, body and soul.”
