Summer Escape Day with Yoga and Pilates with Emma and Shine Yoga and Pilates
For the first time, Dawn of Shine Yoga and Pilates and Emma of Yoga and Pilates with Emma will be joining forces for their wonderful Summer Yoga Day Escape. A day where you get to switch off and restore and revitaliseÂ
Set in the beautiful Nurstead Court which is surrounded by the Meopham countryside. Look out onto a lush green field where horses roam as you practice yoga, enjoy strolling through the grounds in a silent meditation walk and soothe yourself to the delightful sounds of gongs and crystal bowls.
This is the fifth year Emma has run this event and each year it gets bigger and brighter. There is always wonderful feedback after the event with many guests returning year after year.
Summer Yoga Day Escape is a day where you can truly take time out for yourself and have an opportunity to soothe and nourish both body and mind.
What To Bring and Wear

∞ Wear layers and comfortable clothes you can move in.Â
∞ Walking boots or wellies if the weather has not been great.Â

9.45: Arrival for 10.00am start
10.00-11.30: Yang Yoga
11.30-12.15:Â Brunch (bring your own)
12.15-13.00:Â Silent meditation walk
13.00-14.00: Sound Bath
14.00-14.30:Â Tea and cake (provided by us)
14.30-15.30:Â Art workshop
15.30-17.00: Yin Yoga
How To Book
To book, you can either use Momence which is my booking provider, or you can book with me directly. Please contact me directly if you would like to book through me. Doing so is cheaper as there is no booking fee.
The price is £60 for the day.
Please note: Booking is non-refundable and non-transferable unless all places are sold. In that case I will be able to refund your booking by reselling your space.
